Privacy Notice

Who we are
Draems Bio works with data owners, scientists and AI teams across Europe. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. How we handle lab records under a licence is set out in each agreement.
What we collect
- Contact enquiries: your name, work email, role, organisation, enquiry topic, message and any profile or other details you provide.
- Access requests: your email address and the type of access requested.
- Expert interest: your name, email address, scientific field and LinkedIn or research profile, if provided.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
- Basic technical data needed to serve the website, such as server logs.
Why we use it
We use these details to respond to enquiries and access requests, review interest in scientific project work and manage requests for newsletter updates. Where you are a prospective partner or expert, we also use them to take steps before entering into an agreement with you. We do not sell personal data.
How submissions reach us
On the published website, Cloudflare processes form submissions and delivers them by email to the inbox used for contact@draems.io.
When enabled, our forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical data, such as your IP address and browser signals, to distinguish people from bots.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority in your country.
Your privacy choices
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies in its current form, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that changes, non-essential cookies will be off by default and you will be able to change your choice here.
